While many of the herbs, essential oils and other natural ingredients in our candles and massage oils are believed to have healing properties, they are not to be used to self-medicate or treat any form of physical or mental disease or health problem. Cookies
Your shopping bag contents are stored in “cookies.” A cookie is a small file placed on your computer’s hard drive by a web site. When you checkout through our online shopping cart we ask for the information needed to process your order or to contact you with any questions we have regarding your order. If you choose to “create an account” our systems will retain only your shipping and billing information through the use of cookies so it will be available when you return to shop again. We do not save credit card information in our system.

The information we collect may include products you purchase, content you view, the length, time, and date that you viewed that content, and location information based on your IP address. EwicksJa will be offering an email newsletter. You will automatically be added to our newsletter list unless you choose to opt out. We do not save credit card information in our system.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.

Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

Shipping Policy
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will then be sent promptly for fulfilment and dispatch. 

Your order will be dispatched on the following business days - Monday, Wednesday & Friday. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out the next delivery day (Monday, Wednesday & Friday).

Please note: shipping times are a guideline, and subject to change based on order volume, courier delivery delays, or other unforeseen and unavoidable events beyond EwicksJa reasonable control.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping through Jamaica Post on international orders. 

All International orders may attract fees, duties, import/export and excise taxes, as well as other fees or assessments that may be assessed or levied by any national, state, or local government and any of their departments and subdivisions in relation to the ordered products. These charges are not included in the original shipping charge and must be paid by you in addition to the shipping prices stated on the website. You will not be entitled to payment or reimbursement by EwicksJa for those charges. If you fail to pay the required fees, duties, taxes or assessments and the items are returned to us, we will provide you with a refund for returned products minus the return delivery costs.

If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office.
